#283: If a penalty for hunting during the ´Umrat-ul-Mufradah has been incurred, the animal has to be sacrificed in Mecca. If the hunting occurred during the Hajj or during the ´Umratu-t-Tamattu´, the animal has to be sacrificed in Mina. As a precaution, this law also applies to any other expiation.
#284: If a penalty has been incurred – be it because of hunting or due to other reasons – and the sacrifice was not performed before the pilgrim returned home, they are evidently permitted to perform it elsewhere.
