Appropriate conduct when shaving the head

1. It is recommended that one begin the shaving process starting from the front of the head, reciting this supplication:

اللهم أعطني بكل شعرة نوراً يوم القيامة

(O Allah! Grant me light for every hair on the Day of Judgment.)

2. The hair should be buried in the ground under the pilgrim's tent in Mina.

3. After shaving the head, hairs of the beard and the mustache are also removed and the nails are cut.
