Sayyid Kashmiri says:
• Al-Zahra (a.s.) has a special place distinguishing her among the 14 Masoomeen (a.s.)
• The fatwa of the Imam Al-Sayyid Al-Seestani (long may he live) is a “divine fatwa” that united the Iraqi people and protected their land and Muslim sanctities.

He spoke to a gathering of Muslim communities in the Jaffari Center in Manchester beginning with the status of Al-Zahra (a.s.) from the holy Qur’an like in the verses of Tat’heer, Mubahala, Rissala, Kawthar and Abrar and other verses where she (a.s.) was the focal point. He then spoke about her status through the prophetic narrations as highlighted in the Sihah of the two groups and their references as well as what the Imams (a.s.) said about their grandmother (a.s.). We therefore deduce that she had a special and unmatched status among the fourteen Masoomeen (a.s.) and that she is a proof from them and they are Allah’s proof for humanity – as said by Imam Hassan Al-Askari (a.s.) “We are Allah’s proof for humanity and our grandmother is proof for us”

From this and other authentic narrations from the Imams (a.s.) we realize they are the guiding stars for humanity – leading to salvation – as the prophet (s.a.w.w) said: “My Alhlul-Bayt are like stars, they are safety for the people of the earth, just as stars are safety for the people of the heavens. If the stars go then the heavens would fold and if my Ahlul-Bayt go the earth would be devastated”

These days we see their guiding light shine from their deputies who have guided us to the path of enlightenment and wisdom through their divine fatwas preventing bloodshed and safeguarding sanctities as well as spreading love and affection uniting the word of Muslims to close their ranks against their extremist and Takfiri enemies. This was clearly manifested through the latest triumphs of the Mujahideen against their enemies in the provinces of Iraq – adhering to the guidance and steadfastness which the leading Marja’iyah set out for them in its recent historical communiqué.

We ask the Almighty to grant them victory against their enemies for He has the power to make them triumph.
