The representative of the leading Marja’iyah in Europe Sayyid Kashmiri :
• Emphasizes to the Majlise-Ulama Shia in UK to educate the young religiously and ideologically through weekly sessions at centers and institutions and assist them to memorize the Qur’an.
• Parents should encourage their children to attend Islamic centers to safeguard their religion and faith.
• Emphasizes on paying attention to the Arabic language because it is the language of the Qur’an.

He was speaking during a meeting at the Imam Ali (AS) Foundation where he was welcoming members of the Majlise Ulama Shia in England. He conferred with them the present state of affairs and urged them to pay attention to the youth, who are the hope of the future, and provide entertaining programs to keep them away from going to places that will deviate them from their religion and faith and corrupt their morals. He suggested that each center should have a program for this purpose – for males and females separately - in addition to assisting them to memorize the Qur’an and to preserve the Arabic language and establish recreational camps in the summer holidays where congregational prayers and lectures are held to develop their religious abilities.

Also to emphasize on parents to encourage their children to attend such programs , and explain to them that parenthood is not limited to caring about the physical aspect of their children; such as food, drink, clothing and getting high academic grades in schools, but also to pay attention to their ideological and religious upbringing because they will be held accountable on the day of Resurrection ((and stop them for they must be asked)) Holy Qur’an 37:24. Cautioning against the principle in the Hadith: Every new born is born on the instinct, it is the parents who make him a Christian, Jew or a Magus.
