In The Name of Allah The Most Merciful, Most Compassionate

Allah (swt) has said: “And say: Work; so Allah will see your work and (so will) His Messenger and the believers…” (9:105) True is the word of Almighty Allah.

All praise is due to Allah Lord of the worlds and peace and blessings be upon the best of His creations, Mohammad, and his pure and chaste household.

Assalamo alaikum honourable audience warahmatullah wabarakatoh

As we are approaching the anniversary of the birth of the Awaited Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), it is indeed a pleasure for us to congratulate you and all our Momineen Brothers on this fragrant occasion. We ask Allah The Most High, The All Powerful to let us truly be among those waiting for his promised day; to attain the path of guidance and ultimate goal through his hands and to support us in obeying and following him, being consistently at his command, patiently waiting with him and attaining martyrdom through his hands.

It has been narrated in the noble Hadith that: “The best A’mal of my Ummah is to wait for the reappearance [of the Imam] from Allah The Glorious and The Majestic”. This does not mean the Believer should wait with his hands folded for the reappearance of our Imam (peace be upon him) and not be concerned with the rightful matters of his religion and what jurisprudential rulings he needs or to uphold its teachings - enjoining good and forbidding evil. On the contrary, the Believer is always responsible for practicing the Shari’a rulings as sent by Allah. He must seek to implement these rulings after learning them. He must enjoin good and forbid evil when he can; “You are all guardians and you are all responsible for those under your guardianship”.

True waiting requires the Believer to prepare the self, nurturing it with piety and devoutness and sound Islamic education. This encourages the human being to adhere to correct Islamic behaviour, leading him away from temptations and satanic tendencies and thus equipping him to be kind, sacrificing and generous on all levels; such as supporting the poor and dispossessed and participating in charitable Islamic projects according to the available means and circumstances.

On his promised reappearence, the primary mission of Imam Al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) is to spread justice and equality. Believers should pave the way to accomplish this great mission - through the dissemination of sound Islamic awareness extensively throughout the world and establishing the foundation of an Islamic society which the Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance) aims to achieve.

Dear Jamaat,

The most important thing that brings joy to the heart of our Imam Al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) thus gaining his satisfaction for us is; to be concerned about the affaires of the Believers, trying to fulfill their need, facilitating their life and working to create unity, love and cooperation between them. This was the main objective upon which the first conference of your blessed Federation was convened. The Federation took upon its shoulders the responsibility of establishing Mosques, schools and religious centers everywhere, helping and supporting Momineen on different levels especially on the level of providing their children with a correct Islamic education according to the tradition of the Imams of Ahlul Bayt (a.s.).

Support granted by the Supreme Marja’iya added legitimacy to the work being done, the advise by the Ullema, their guidance and cooperation by members of the Jamaat all played a key role in the success of your committed Federation to accomplish its noble objectives.

While we convey our felicitations to you today on the opening of your conference we advise you and all Momineen to do your utmost to unify your word and continue your cooperation – discarding animosity and selfishness giving priority to the interests of the community in general rather than personal interests and to implement what is decided by the majority who adheres to the Book of Allah and the Prophetic tradition and the guided Imams (peace be upon them).

Let truth and trust, fulfillment of promises, family relations and looking after your neighbours be your banner. Be good towards those who have been bad towards you forgiving those from among your brothers who have done you injustice; considering your reward for this to be with Allah Almighty and enjoin on each other truth and enjoin on each other patience, committing yourselves to admirable manners that distinguished your Prophet (peace be upon him and his family).

O Beloved Ones,

We hope your great organization becomes more open towards your other Momineen brothers from all different Jamaats and nationalities and that you sincerely seek to extend a helping hand and support to all who are in need, regardless of race or nationality in accordance with the spirit of Islam and its forbearing practices according to the word of Allah: “Surely the most honourable of you with Allah is the one among you most careful (of his duty)”.

Once again we convey our felicitations to you on the anniversary of the birth of the Mahdi of Al-Mohammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Let us all beseech Allah with devoted hearts and sincere intentions “O Allah we desire from You in [his] glorious land to endear Islam and its followers and to humiliate discord and its followers and to include us among those who call [people] for Your obedience and lead them to Your path and to grant us, through this, the dignity of this life and the hereafter”.

O Allah, what truth You have taught us we have taken and what we have been negligent of we have declared. O Allah, to You we protest the loss of our Prophet, the disappearance of our saviour and the numerousness of our enemies and the fewness of our numbers, the severity of our tribulations and the deception of time against us, therefore your peace and blessings be upon Mohammad and his household and assist us with a speedy opening and an honourable victory and a sultan of truth You will make appear and honour us with Your Mercy and grant us well being, by Your Mercy O The Most Merciful of the Merciful ones.
