A statement has recently been circulating on the Internet in the name of the supreme Marja' (may Allah protect him and prolong his life) regarding some matters and among them; defaming the Wakils and authorising Momineen to pay their Huquq directly to those in need in various parts of the world. Therefore, is there any truth in this?

This statement is totally fabricated in the name of His Eminence (Mudda Dhiluh) and there is no truth in its contents. His Eminence (Mudda Dhiluh) has informed the Zawars who have come to see him from all over the world about this, and Allah is The Guide.
