The representative of the leading Marja’iya in Europe says: Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) was talking to her mother when she was in her womb.
Part three of the rank [Maqam] of Al-Zahra (peace be upon her)

These are the ranks that distinguished her from the women of Paradise (Asia bint Muzahim, Maryam bint Imran, and Khadija bint Khuwaylid).
The formation of her sperm from the food of Paradise and her conversation with her mother while she was a foetus in her womb.
With this definitive meaning, the hadith came from Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.w.) was sitting in Al-Abtah with a group of his people in month Sha’ban, and the trustworthy Jibrail descended upon him with greetings from Allah and ordering him to isolate himself from Khadija for forty mornings, so he (peace be upon him) sent Ammar bin Yasir to her, informing her of the command of his Lord and that it must be carried out and that it would only be beneficial, and he gave her the good news that Allah Almighty would boast about her to His noble angels.
Then the Prophet (s.a.w.w.) stayed in the house of Fatima bint Asad for forty mornings, after which Jibrail and Mikail descended upon him with a plate covered with a napkin and placed it in front of him. Jibrail ordered him to break his fast with this food.
It was the Prophet’s (s.a.w.w.’s) habit to open the door for whoever wanted to break his fast. That night, he ordered the door to be closed and said, “This food is forbidden to anyone but the prophets.” Jibrail uncovered the plate and in it was a bunch of dates and grapes. The Prophet ate and drank from the water and stretched out his hand to wash. Jibrail poured water over his hand and the food levitated with the vessel. Jibrail ordered him to go to Khadija’s house, for Allah Almighty had sworn to create from his loins that night good offspring. The Prophet (s.a.w.w.) immediately went to Khadija’s house and knocked on the door. Khadija said, “Who is knocking? None but Muhammad (s.a.w.w.) knocks on this door knocker”. The Prophet called her to open the door, so she hurried with joy and opened the door, and the Messenger of Allah entered (obeying the command of the Lord of the Worlds. Thus, Allah fulfilled what He wanted), so Khadija became pregnant with Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her).
This is a special consideration for the Lady of the Worlds, as none like her was known among the daughters of the Prophet (s.a.w.w.), to enjoy some of these qualities. This is only because Al-Zahra one was unique in her position of holiness and integrity.
Khadija witnessed reproach and isolation from the women of Mekka since she was blessed with the Prophet of Glory and Islam, the one whose radiant light illuminated the world, and the land became fertile after its drought, until his abundant grace flooded the entire world, and they said about her. She is the one who does not defend the lofty virtue and the lofty generosity.. she shelters under the shade of Quraysh and the Arabs. She has insight into details and anticipates realities, such that she was called (the pure) [Tahira] and the Lady of Quraysh..
The good news came to her from the Majestic, the Almighty, through the tongue of his Prophet (s.a.w.w.) that she has a house in Paradise made of reeds in which there is no noise or fatigue, and that Allah has never granted him a wife better than Khadija, and with this she is distinguished from the women of the worlds, in addition to that He, the Almighty, honoured her with the Batul, al Hawra Al inssiya.
So, peace be upon her, while she was pregnant, she would tell her stories of consolation and patience and trials and tribulations she had suffered from when she married the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.w.)-which she would hide from him. On some days, he heard her speaking and there was no one in the house, so he said to whom are you speaking? She said: The foetus in my womb speaks to me, so he (s.a.w.w.), on behalf of Jibrail, gave her the good news that her baby is a female and from her are the pure immaculate Imams, the successors of Allah on His earth when His revelation ends. Khadija did not stop listening to the pure truthful talk until she gave birth to her - pure and blessed.
She was talking to her mother, and her mother kept it a secret when the Prophet entered.
He said: O daughter of Khuwaylid, to whom are you talking? The house was empty.
She said: The foetus in my womb will come and comfort me with his talk. He said: Yes.
She is my daughter, and she is the female who has lost her equal in virtue.
And the truth is that since the time came for her to be born, four women were sent to her
So that Khadija would be gentle with her as women are gentle, so that she would not be distracted.
O Allah, bless Fatima, her father, her husband, her children, and the secret entrusted to her, as many times as Your Book has counted and Your knowledge has encompassed.
