Imam Ali Foundation denounces the Dutch MP’s ‘fitna’ film

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds and peace and blessings be upon His trusted messenger and his pure and chaste household.

The messenger of humanity thrived diligently to develop a world blessed with justice, compassion, security and prosperity, avoiding the shedding of one drop of blood unjustly in order to attain this – until he returned to His Creator, praised and lofty.

However, there has been an unjust and stray group, which has misinterpreted and manipulated the values of the true religion and its contents, perverting its strength, to mould injustice and depravity on earth through punishment tactics to kill the respected self which has been forbidden by Allah -unless through justice. To some, the result has been a bad reflection of the religion of justice and love and thus exploited by the antagonists to spread their venoms and satisfy their tacit hatreds.

The latest being the Dutch MP with his ‘fitna’ film’. This irresponsible act is intended to spread hatred and resentment between nations and ethnic peoples of the world, creating discord and exposing his hostility to Islam, its messenger, the holy Qur’an and Muslims.

We ask the Dutch government and other respected governments to stand firm against these discords that divide nations and instigate wars, and deal severely with such people to deter others from similar actions.

The Foundation strongly condemns this obnoxious act. We invite the respected state authorities and community leaders to open the door of civilised dialogue and eliminate all that which disturbs the serene relationship between religions and nations. We call upon all free thinking people and intellectuals of the world to stand firm against such destructive and dividing ideas.

They want to extinguish Allâh's Light [with which Muhammad (peace be upon him & his family) has been sent ] with their mouths, but Allâh will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the Kâfirûn (disbelievers) hate (it). (Holy Quran 9:129)
